Do you come to my home or business?
For appropriate on-site services, OnSiteTech comes to your home or business.
How soon can you come?
Our arrival expectation is within 24 hours. We’ll confirm availability with you.
Will I approve the price before work starts?
If the problem requires additional approved work, parts, equipment or another applicable cost, we explain it before proceeding.
Do I pay if you can’t fix my device?
If the device can’t be repaired, there is no repair labour charge. The applicable visit/travel charge still applies: currently $10 in Calgary, or $10 plus the applicable $1/km travel charge outside Calgary.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
The 30-day warranty applies to the labour performed by OnSiteTech within the applicable warranty terms. It does not turn unrelated problems, new damage or work outside the original scope into warranty repairs.
Do you serve areas outside Calgary?
Yes. We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks, Crossfield, Strathmore, High River, Diamond Valley, Canmore and Banff. The current travel formula outside Calgary is $1/km from Calgary city centre.
How much is remote support?
The current remote-support rate is $65/hour for problems that can appropriately be handled remotely.
