ABOUT ONSITETECH
Technology Is Complicated. Getting Help Shouldn’t Be.
When something goes wrong with your computer or technology, you shouldn’t need to understand the technical problem before you can ask for help.
That’s how OnSiteTech is designed to work.
We provide on-site computer repair and IT support for homes and businesses, starting with a simple question:
What’s happening?
You tell us what you’re seeing.
We check the problem, explain what we find, and review applicable pricing before approved additional work.
- Microsoft Certified
- Price approved before we start
- 30-day warranty
- No fix, no labour charge
You Don’t Need to Be a Computer Expert
Most technology problems don’t arrive with a label telling you what needs to be repaired.
Your laptop might stop charging.
Your computer might suddenly become slow.
Your Mac might keep freezing.
Your Wi-Fi might disconnect for no obvious reason.
Your printer might simply stop printing.
You may not know whether the cause is hardware, software, a network problem, a failed component—or something else entirely.
You don’t need to know.
Tell us what the device is doing.
That’s enough to start.
Why OnSiteTech Comes to You
Sometimes taking a computer somewhere is inconvenient.
And sometimes the device itself isn’t the whole problem.
A Wi-Fi issue can involve your router, network and connected devices.
A printer problem can involve the printer, computer and network connection.
A business technology problem can depend on the environment where the equipment is actually being used.
That’s why OnSiteTech provides on-site help for appropriate services.
We come to your home or business and start where the problem is happening.

Check First. Replace Second.
This is an important part of the way we approach technology problems.
A symptom isn’t a diagnosis.
A laptop that won’t charge doesn’t automatically need a new battery.
A slow computer doesn’t automatically need new hardware.
Unreliable Wi-Fi doesn’t automatically mean you need a new router.
And a computer that won’t start doesn’t automatically tell you which component failed.
Before recommending the next step, we start by understanding what’s actually happening.
Check the problem first. Then decide what makes sense.
Clear Explanations. Clear Decisions.
Technology can be complicated.
The conversation about it doesn’t need to be.
When we check a problem, we explain what we find in straightforward language.
Where applicable, we explain:
- What appears to be causing the problem
- What the appropriate next step is
- Whether additional work, parts or equipment may be required
- What applicable additional cost needs approval
Then the decision stays with you.
We explain the options. You decide what happens next.

On-Site Help Should Feel Straightforward
We’ve designed the OnSiteTech experience around a few simple principles.
-
01
Start With the Problem
You don’t have to choose the perfect repair service before asking for help.
-
02
Don’t Guess at the Fix
We don’t want a symptom treated as proof that a particular part needs replacing.
-
03
Explain Before Additional Work
If additional approved work or cost is required, applicable pricing is reviewed before that work proceeds.
-
04
Come to the Customer
For appropriate services, help comes to your home or business.
-
05
Keep the Process Understandable
From booking to the visit, you should understand what happens next.
The Person Coming to Your Home or Business Matters
On-site technology support is different from dropping a computer at a counter.
You’re inviting someone into your home or workplace.
We think you should be able to know more about the person providing the service—their relevant experience, credentials and what to expect during the visit.
That’s why we don’t want those details hidden behind a generic company description.

Help for Homes
Technology is part of everyday life.
When a computer stops working, Wi-Fi becomes unreliable or a printer refuses to connect, it can interrupt work, study, communication and the things you need to get done.
For appropriate services, OnSiteTech brings the help to your home.
You show us what’s happening. We start there.

Help for Businesses
When technology stops working at a business, the problem isn’t only technical.
It can stop people from doing their work.
OnSiteTech provides on-site IT support for businesses that need help with supported computers, networks, printers and related technology problems.
Start with what’s getting in the way.

Straightforward Pricing Before You Commit to More Work
Our standard on-site labour rate is:
$99/hour
The first hour is billed in full.
After the first hour, labour is billed in 30-minute increments.
Parts, equipment, applicable travel and other approved requirements are separate where applicable.
If additional approved work or cost is required, applicable pricing is reviewed before that additional work proceeds.
And If It Can’t Be Fixed?
No Fix, No Labour Charge.
If the device can’t be repaired, there is no repair labour charge.
Applicable visit and travel charges still follow the current OnSiteTech pricing policy.

Microsoft Certified
Technical knowledge matters.
So does being able to explain that knowledge clearly.
OnSiteTech is Microsoft Certified, while our approach remains the same whether you know exactly what you need or only know that something isn’t working.
You don’t need the technical answer before asking the question.
Not Sure What You Need?
That’s normal.
You don’t need to decide whether your problem belongs under Computer Repair, Laptop Repair, Hardware, Software, Networking, Malware or another technical category.
Start with what you can see.
What stopped working?
What changed?
What is the device doing now?
That’s enough.
Something’s Wrong? Start There.
You don’t need to diagnose it.
You don’t need to know which repair to book.
And you don’t need to buy a part based on a guess.
Tell us what’s happening.
We’ll start there.
